1. No Returns After Delivery

   • Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

   • Refunds will only be provided in the following rare cases:

     • If the product is damaged during transit and proof (photo/video) is shared within 24 hours of delivery.

     • If there is a wrong product delivered (not matching your order).

   • In such cases, customers must contact us immediately at our official helpline/WhatsApp/email with order details.

3. No Refund for Opened/Used Products

   • For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any opened, unsealed, or used products.

4. Cancellations

   • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
